Dyeing
We operate state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the latest machinery and technology, allowing us to produce up to 60 tons of dyed yarn per month.
Our contracted dyeing units allow us to simultaneously produce a large number of colors, and we are skilled in handling a variety of dyeing techniques.
We are committed to providing high levels of quality and consistency, and strictly adhere to Okeo-Tex requirements.
Weaving
With 35 looms on contract, we have a significant amount of weaving capacity, and are capable of producing up to 150,000 meters of fabric per month.
Our fabric width ranges from 48″ (120 cm) up to 130″ (330 cm), allowing us to cater to a wide range of customer needs.
Our distributed manufacturing setup allows us to be flexible and responsive to changing market demands, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality fabrics.
Our state-of-the-art looms produce fabrics with consistent width and tight tolerances.
In addition to our impressive weaving capacity, we have a dedicated team of skilled workers committed to producing top-quality fabrics.
Processing
We provide a range of state-of-the-art textile fabric finishing services, including singeing, heat setting, mercerization, and sanforization. Our facilities allow us to handle up to 200,000 meters of fabric per month, providing high-quality and customizable solutions.
In addition to our standard finishes, we offer specialized treatments such as anti-bacterial and anti-fungal finishes, water and heat resistance, silicone wash, enzyme treatments, and PVA and PVC coatings. Our advanced technology allows us to provide napping, shearing, and brushing services, as well as rotary printing with repeats using various widths.
We can print up to 12 colors on fabrics with widths ranging from 48″ to 130″.
Our garment processing capabilities include stone wash, enzyme wash, acid wash, pre-shrinkage, and pre-wash.
All our processing units are ZED certified.
Cut to Pack
Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with the latest machinery and technology, allowing us to produce the equivalent of up to 400,000 kitchen towels or 40,000 tablecloths per month. This capacity is not contracted, ensuring that we have complete control over our production processes and can deliver products quickly and efficiently to our customers.
In addition to our in-house cut to pack capabilities, we also have contracts with a number of suppliers to provide special finishes such as embroidery, picoting, and fusing. This allows us to offer a wide range of options to our customers and ensures that we can meet their specific needs.
